The easiest way to get involved with Friends of Cow Mountain is to attend our volunteer days. Volunteer days typically involve brushing, clearing trail, monitoring past work and flagging proposed sections of new trail. To keep apprised of when we have volunteer days follow our Facebook page - Friends of Cow Mountain - and check the news page on our website.



When we have an active project on the mountain we need week day volunteer help supporting our excavator operator. Typical help would be providing direct support/swamping for the operator and shuttling supplies and fuel to the project site. If you can help mid-week, even 1 day per year, please let us know.
